So sorry to hear of the passing of Jim. I first met him in 1969 when his family hosted me on a Rotary student exchange from England. We remained friends over the years and visited him whenever I was on the west coast and he visited us when in England. A great guy and he will be missed by friends and family alike. I was never fortunate enough to meet his wife, but we send her our condolences. Keith Cameron

Jim and I were fast friends when he worked at Bouten Construction and we remained friends through Bopear and finally James Elmer Construction. We loved to go watch football games and just laugh and visit. He was one of the most jovial human beings I have ever known and I will miss him always. My deepest sympathies to his family. I miss you Elmerstein.

Our son worked for Jim for awhile several years ago and Jim was so good to him. Gary learned so much from him and always had the highest regard for Jim. We are so sorry for your loss and send up prayers for your family.

Jim and I were in a Contractors Peer Group where we became good friends. He and I served on the ABC National Executive committee together. I made several trips to Spokane to see him and we enjoyed many rounds of golf together. I will truly miss him!
