He enjoyed working for both Darby Logging and Lowry Trucking. A One of a kind man, who was larger than life, accomplished father, and lover of all things nature brought his way. His passion for family flowed through his veins like the waters of the Palouse. A King Salmon in his own rights. Paul is survived by his partner Vicki at the Harvard home, and her children Randi, Addie and Spencer. His sons Tyson Farley and Jamie Farley of Potlatch. Sisters Debi Swinney, Linda Darby(Mark) and Terry Chambers(Chuck). Best friends Steve Hayden and Tim Mantz. Every family should be blessed with an Uncle Paul, according to many nieces and nephews that loved him very much. Paul was preceded in death by father Russell Farley, mother Esther Farley, sister Mary Farley, brother in law Rick Swinney and nephew Jax McKinney. A graveside service will be held at the Viola Cemetery September 29th, 2023 at 1:00pm. Lee Nicholson officiating. He was my friend, but he also felt like a brother to me. He made me laugh. He was a great guy! RIP, Paul( Thumper)

I remember the times when you would come visit my mom and I, and you were always happy. You called my mom "Mom" also because she was like a mom to you. You were always welcome in our home.

I have known Paul for many years. We've done so much together, and had loads of fun along the way. It would take an entire Library full of books to tell all the great stories and wonderful times we shared together. He loved his family and was as loyal a friend as one could ever ask for. He was by far the funniest person I've ever known. No one could make me split a gut like Thumper. I have so many great memories and will miss him like no other. Rest in peace my friend. Until we meet again, your friend, Steve Hayden

From the moment we finally met( we had each heard about the other), we were like brothers from different mothers. Thump was my mischievous little soul mate! Wherever we spent time together, the corners of the envelope were pushed to the max! I will miss you, my brother, but you and I aren't finished. I will seek you in the Great Beyond. I love you, Little Man! CLIXTY
