Susan Bell Obituary

October 28, 1955 - July 19, 2025 Sue Bell of Otis Orchards, Washington passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness. She is remembered for her kindness and good nature, and for the many lives she touched. In addition to the people she loved, she also loved and rescued horses, goats, dogs, and cats. She is survived by her husband, Chris, her son, Joseph, and grandchildren, Elyssia, Andrew, and Odette. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Spokane Valley Eagle's Hall, 16801 E. Sprague. Everyone who knows and loves Sue is invited to attend. Sue is remembered for her faithful work at Excelsior Wellness for over 50 years. Excelsior shared the following tribute: Sue's impact through the Good Shepherd Home and Excelsior Wellness shaped the lives of countless youth, families, and colleagues. She was a steady, compassionate force, someone who led by example and showed us all what it means to serve with love, humility, and unwavering dedication. Her influence runs deep. Many of us learned how to care, how to lead, and how to show up for others by watching Sue. Her impact lives on in the people she mentored, the programs she helped shape, and the culture of care she helped build. As we remember Sue, we also celebrate her extraordinary life and the legacy she leaves behind. We will continue to carry her spirit forward in all that we do, guided by the values she lived every day. With love and remembrance, The Excelsior Wellness Team
