David Beavers Obituary

David E. Beavers, 60, of Bardstown, died Sunday, June 1, 2014, at his residence. He was born March 31, 1954, in Nelson County. He worked 27 years at Owen-Illinois and was owner and operator of David's Lounge.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Claude and Maggie Beavers.
Survivors include three daughters, Marty Boone, Maggie Beavers and Kimberly Beavers, all of Bardstown; five grandchildren, Dylan and Kenlie Nalley, Madison and David Andrew Boone and Dawson Morton; two brothers, Harold (Linda) Borders and Billy (Beverly) Beavers, both of Bardstown; and a sister, Wanda Perkins.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday, June 5, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. The Rev. Dixie Kimberlin will officiate.
Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, and 9-11 a.m. Thursday, June 5, at Barlow Funeral Home.
Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
