Kim was my attorney for my entire active career in the Music Business. He was bright, clever, ethical, fun and funny and I miss him as a friend. I got to see his goofy side as well. I doubt I would have a house in LA were it not for Kim´s dealmaking. I am forever in his debt.

Kim was highly regarded as a lawyer and I knew him as a charming, kind person. He is and will be missed. His passing deeply affected me. Deepest condolences to his family.

May we thank Kim for believing in our music and for presenting us to various record companies. Pair-a-Graf Production was our business name, but it's basically just Shannan Eid/Graf (Ann Eden) and John Graf. May I ask if anyone has replaced Kim's position, as there are two original Christmas songs we hoped Kim would be able to present to various companies. Nokie Edwards of The Ventures nicely included his recording of 'What Child is This' with our Xmas songs just for fun?' If you might have interest in continuing Kim's work with us from long ago, my number is 425-919-0529. Address is 13 Trowbridge Lane, Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, 01545. Our deep condolences regarding the loss of Kim. He was a good person, honest and forthright in his business dealings, and will be significantly missed. Sincere condolences.
