I too just saw Jon at Ron Hess's recent birthday party and we talked about Bob and how he was doing and reminisced about the plays he used to perform in at Madison. I also went to Madison and grew up in Clairemont. My mother (Bernice Robinson) and Gerre played bridge together for many years. I would like to send our condolences on behalf of the Robinson family and myself. My brother Michael is now a priest and I would like to have him say a mass for the family. May God be with you all in this time of need.
With deepest sympathy, Karen Hernandez

Dearest Family of Bob:I was one of Bob's girlfriends at Madison, his charm and quick wit won me over! The whole family helped me thru some rough times and I will never forget that. I was sad to hear of his passing and my prayers go out to you all to heal. Allways with Love...Patty Hodge

Dear Debbie, Bryce, D.J., Gerre, Jon (and the rest of Bob's Family),
Delene and I were shocked and saddened by the news of Bob's passing. News like that makes one think about the preciousness of life, particularly that of close family and friends.
Having just seen Jon at Ron Hess's 50th birthday party, I was reminded of how witty, talented and funny Bob was to be around, even in the Madison High School stage band. I can only imagine what it was like to work around him in a comedy production!
My condolences to those who feel the loss most severely, especially
his immediate family, and close friends. He will be missed.
Sincerely,
Delene (Zatroch) St. Clair

Dearest Family of Bob Papenbrook,
It was coincidence that lead me to look at the obituaries today and was very sad to see our friend's name there. Barry and I had just seen Jon a few months ago and had talked fondly of Bob, reminiscing of high school and college. I went to USIU with Bob and Debbie and was in acting classes and productions with them. What a kick Bob was. He always had some funny, witty comeback to whatever you put out there!
Please know we are sending our love and prayers to you, dearest family. With the greatest Sympathy, Love, and Light,
Delene
