Pasquale Buzzelli Obituary

PASQUALE F. BUZZELLLI Born on February 13, 1957 in Ontario, Canada, and at two years old moved to California with his parents. Pat, as he is commonly known, together with his parents and sisters ran two restaurants in the San Fernando Valley area and in Tarzana. After-which, he joined the big family of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department for 24 fruitful years. Subsequently holding the civilian title of Assi stant Director of Food Services until he passed away last Wednesday, March 27, 2002. Pasquale is the beloved husband of Sofia Buzzelli; the pillar of strength and wisdom to his children, Christopher (14), Oliver (12), Carmella (8) and Gabriella (7); devoted son of Carmine Rocco Buzzelli and Elizabeth Marrone and Catalina Buzzelli; a caring brother to his sisters, Tina Brayton and Rose Terrell; a good listener to his brothers-in-law, David Brayton and Michael Terrell; and a dear uncle to Lily Terrell (5 ) and Joseph Brayton (1). Pasquale will also be fondly remembered by his great aunt, Lucieta Palmieri and family; aunt, Hilda Paolone and family; uncle, Albert and aunt, Giovanna Delisio and family; aunt, Adelaide Salciccioli; uncle, Mario and aunt, Fernanda Gizzarelli; aunt, Francesca Paolone and their families of Canada; the Quaglia family of Windsor; the Allega family of Hamilton; numerous cousins and friends in the United States of America and Canada; and by the members of the Abruzzesi-Molisani Club di California. Most of all, he will be remembered by his numerous friends and acquaintances as one who has a big heart, much bigger than his person. Memorial Services will be held at the Mission Hills Catholic Mortuary. Visitation and Viewing will be on Thursday, April 4, 2002 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., with Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass and Burial will be on Friday, April 5, 2002 at 1:00 p.m.

Dear Liz

I am not sure you remember me. But I am Carol (Marion Albano's) daughter. Remember I used to baby sit for you. I was at work and happened to glance down and saw Pat's picture. I am so deeply sorry about his passing, I remember all of you so fondly. allot of good times with the kids & you. Pat sure grew up to be a wonderful man.
