Rene John Vanni

RENE JOHN VANNI Born February 18, 1942 in Burbank, California. Passed away February 4, 2002 in Simi Valley, California. Age 59. Rene had lived in Burbank for 25 years, and was a resident of Simi Valley for 21 years. A graduate of Notre Dame in 1959, Rene was in the U.S. Air Force from 1959 to 1963. He worked for the Los Angeles Times as a delivery agent from 1979 until 1999. Survived by sons, Timothy and Anthony; da ughter, Rhonda; grandchildren, Sydney, Taylor and Ashleigh; mother, Stella of Palmdale; brother, Paul of Lancaster; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2002, 11:00 a.m., at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Simi Valley.
