Dear Laura ... I remember ... way before you and Ron were married. I remember~
playing volleyball with the Fabians from St. Elisabeth's in Van Nuys. I remember how cute the two of you were - so much in love.
I remember how on Halloween dance you and Ron were teasing me because I couldn't figure out who you were ... your costume so great.
And here ... how many years later I see the obituary in the paper. I am so sorry for your lost.
A voice in your past ... sending you hugs and God Bless ....Jeanne

I for first time today noticed Facebook page , wonderful family he has left behind looks like a world didn't think existed anymore. My main memory is Ron's Pizza eating at Marie' s Pizza - Ron Traxell's Mother - they had big table in back dining area where waited for mid-night on Friday ( no meat Friday back then ) . He was good friends with People I knew from West Division High School and Gesu area . R.I.P. Ron

What a loss! Ron coached with me at Cathedral High in 1969--a real inspiration for our team.

Dear Laura and family. I just read of Ron's passing and I was so sorry to hear this. I was Athletic Secretary at Bishop Alemany High School for 23 years and in all my time there Ron was the always a joy to have in my office. He was one great referee who had a passion for any game he was a part of. A great Christian man of integrity. He will be missed by all who knew him. God bless you and your family.
Sincerely, Sharron Coia

Ron will certainly be missed by the community college athletic family. He was associated with a number of sports, but particularly baseball and football. His contributions and dedication to community college football as an official and later as an SCFA observer was outstanding. More importantly he had great respect from coaches and fellow officials. We will miss Ron's sense of humor and we will always remember him as a friend. God Bless you and your family.

Uncle Ron, I can't believe you are gone. You've been a source of love, humor and faith as long as I can remember. I'll miss you, your stories, your jokes and yes, your hugs, so very much. You were a blessing in my life and I treasure the memories...pancakes in your kitchen, Christmas skit dancing, sponsoring my Confirmation, teaching me to gamble in Vegas (and winning!), you meeting and charming Mateo, then Bella, then Elias...so many wonderful memories. Rest now and know that you are loved always.

Aunt Laurie, Chris, Kenny, and Nick (and families), my deepest condolences for your loss. May you find peace and comfort in loving memories. I love you.
