Trenton, GA: Long-time resident of LaGrange, GA, Julian Pulaski Shadix, age 78, passed away May 1, 2014. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and served his country in the US Army. He was a longtime member of the Oakside Baptist Church and current member of Piney Grove Baptist Church, Trenton, GA.
Survivors include his wife of 58 Years, Bobbie Shadix, daughter Judy Sells, Trenton, GA, and son Richard (Ricky) Shadix, Tampa, FL; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, May 4, at 02:00 PM at Piney Grove Baptist Church, Trenton, GA, with Bro. John Smith and Bro. DeWayne Shaddix officiating. A private burial will follow.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 3, from 04:00 – 08:00 PM at Moore Funeral Home, Trenton, GA, Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Piney Grove Baptist Church Missionary Ministry.
