Michael Konobeck Obituary

Mike, 65, of Waukegan, passed away on September 19, 2017. Mike was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and friend to many. He was a dedicated fan of World of Outlaw and NASCAR racing. Mike raced hobby stock at Waukegan Speedway and was a pit crew chief for many years at Wilmot Raceway. He was an avid fan of the Packers and Brewers. Mike loved hunting and spending time in the Wisconsin Northwoods with family. He made many friends over the years working at Johnson Outboards, Motorola, and Six Flags. He is preceded in his death by his parents, Bob and Elizabeth. He is survived by his siblings, Sue (Howard) Meyers, Pat (Kevin) Hays, Robert Konobeck, Ann (Rob) Bozarth, Betty (Todd) Melton, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Memorial will be private.
