Eugene Cook Obituary

Mr. Eugene Cook, Jr. age 69, peacefully passed away on October 5, 2025 with his family by his side. He was born on April 4,1956 to Eugene Cook, Sr. and Lestee McHenry Cook of Fort White, FL.
Eugene was a graduate of Columbia High School - the Class of 1975, Lake City. He was employed as a construction worker.
Eugene accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior in Jacksonville, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Geraldine Cook and brother Willie Joe Cook, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory are his sisters, Mary Campbell (Limmie); Melvese Dunbar (Famon, Sr), Alice Calloway (Terry, Sr), Gwendolyn Cook, Debbie Jones (James); Brothers, Fred Cook and James Cook. A host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends
Celebration of Life Service for Eugene will be graveside held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at 11:00am at the Bethlehem Cemetery, Fort White, Fl.
