Nathaniel Sumpter Obituary
He pastored several churches in the Leon, Gasden and Jackson County area before retirement.
Survivors include one sister, Ana Sumpter-Wilson, of High Springs, FL; grandchildren, Andrea Wilkins, Eugene DeBoles (Andrea), Charles DeBoles (Mona), and Richard Brown (Angle) all of Orlando, FL; great-grands, Latavia DeBoles, Quenetta Johnson, Lakisha DeBoles, Sharaz Clark, all of Orlando, FL. Taraz Wilkins, of Atlanta, GA.; a devoted and loyal niece, Rev. Marion Wright, of Lake City, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends also survive.
Funeral services for Rev. Nathaniel F. Sumpter, will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2012 at East Gasden High School in Quincy, FL. Interment will follow in Sunnyvale Cemetery in Quincy, FL. The family will receive friends on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Antiock Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy, FL. from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
