Rakoye Harper Obituary
Rakoye was raised in Margaretta, Florida and at an early age relocated to Baldwin, FL, completing Elementary, Middle, and High School, obtaining certification in Carpentry through Job Corps, Gainesville, FL, in 2009. Rakoye later became a CDL Truck Driver.
Precedents in death also includes his maternal grandfather, Sammie Lee Evans, Sr, and his paternal grandparents.
Rakoye leaves to cherish loving memories with his mother, Linda Evans Burgess (Willie); sister, Johashis Evans; grandmother, Harrie Mae Evans; aunts, Lajoya Evans, and Tara Evans; uncle, Sammie Evans, Jr; host of paternal aunts and uncles; great aunts, Lucy Register (Ezekiel), Jannie Lee Gibson, Debra Thompson, Gail Thompson; niece, Ahair Clarke; special friends, DeAngelo Franklin and Eric Lafaso; hosts of cherished cousins, other family members and friends.:
Funeral Services for Rekoye A. Harper will be 3:00 P.M. Saturday, November 8, 2025, at New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ, 10418 King Ruise Rd., Margaretta, FL.
