Julius M. Kolas

TWIN LAKES - Julius M Kolas, 91, of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at his residence.
He was born in Chicago, IL on October 19, 1930, a son of the late Julius and Wanda Kolas.
On July 7, 1951, he married Marilyn Hieber in Chicago, IL.
He was a Senior Executive at Peoples Gas, Light & Coke for 40 years, retiring in 1990.
Julius is survived by his wife Marilyn; a daughter Julie (Tracy) Peters, of Crystal Lake, IL; a son Robert Kolas, of Niles, IL; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters; and a brother.
Visitation will be Wednesday 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ehorn-Adams Funeral Home, 10011 Main St., Richmond. Mass of Resurrection at St. John's Catholic Church, 701 Lake St., Twin Lakes, WI 53181 at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 11, 2021.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St John's Catholic Church or St. Jude's Children's Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Interment will be at St. John Cemetery Twin Lakes, WI with military honors.

Marilyn you and Julius were great friends to my parents. I still remember being a boy at your house in Evergreen Park and we probably stayed up till 4:00 in the morning. Fond memories of both of you. Sorry to learn of his passing.
