Lawrence Pettinger Obituary
Public visitation will be held on Wed., May 14, 2014 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel in Holly.
Lawrence Albert Pettinger was born on June 14, 1927, south of Holly, Colo. to Nicholas and Bessie Pettinger. He passed away at the Holly Nursing Care Center on Fri., May 9, 2014 at the age of 86.
Lawrence is survived by his wife, Mollie "Blondie" Pettinger of Coolidge, Kan.; children, Clarence Pettinger of Aurora, Colo., Karen and husband, Cedric Billings of Littleton, Colo., Marvin and wife, Christine Pettinger of Thorton, Colo., Michael Pettinger of Wheatridge, Colo., and Sharon Pettinger of Syracuse, Kan.; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Lawrence is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Lawrence Albert Pettinger, Jr.
