My Mother Hansi worked at Shaws for Harry and Bruce, she loved the professional way that Mr. Cork ran his business and his attention to detail, she admired him not only as her employer but as a friend. Mr. Cork once took me downstairs to pick out my steak in the cooler and personally asked the chef to cook to my order and suggested Bearnaise sauce, wonderful!
My condolences to all of the family and friends of this special man who meant so much to our community.
