Brandon Kemmerling Obituary
LANCASTER: Brandon Thomas Dale "Lil B" Kemmerling, 19, of Lancaster, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011, at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Brandon touched many lives and was loved by all who knew him. He was a graduate of Logan High School, Class of 2011. He enjoyed playing soccer and baseball, fishing, hunting, and riding motorcycles. He loved working with his brother at Gates of Terror. Brandon always wanted to be a psychologist.
Brandon is survived by his mom, Mindy Kemmerling; father, Richard (special friend, Neysha Thornsley) Kemmerling; brother, Cody Kemmerling; grandparents, Michael and Linda Huber and Joe and Diana Myers; aunts and uncle, Jenni Sullivan and Barry and Sandy Axe; cousins, Hunter and Logan Axe; many aunts, uncles and cousins; best friend, Luke Artrip; many other great friends; and beloved pets, Pumpkin, Warrior, Brit, Maggie, and Duke.
Brandon was preceded in death by his grandpa, Thomas Kemmerling; and his great grandparents.
Funeral service will take place at 8 pm Thursday at Blessings Memorial Church, 980 Woodland Ave, Lancaster, Ohio. Family and friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday at the church with a dove release at 4:00 pm. Caring Cremation will follow with the Frank E Smith Funeral Home.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Nationwide Children's Hospital, who have given Brandon such loving care for so many years.
Donations may be made to the Children's Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation or to the Nationwide Children's Hospital, J5 Cancer Unit in Brandon's memory.

I am with the same with Destiny Robison I say he is waching over us and who? People who loved him and was his best friend we will be able to see him again. Brandon whent to heven and everyone who knowned him he is waching over all of you people. If I had to pick Die or live to see little b you will have to go to heven and see him nand i wont go see littleb. If I could say one last thing to him I would say i love you and i will miss you and kiss him on the ceck so the mother and fater who made brandon god bless you he is waching over you you know that he is. Lil B you was a kool dude and a really good friend to have im glad I got to be part of ur life!! We had some great memories together when we both lived in pleasentville which ill never forget you will be truely missed but never forgotten!! Brandon was such a terrific guy. He ment the world to me. He always knew what to say. He was the person to turn to for advice. The one who always wanted everyone to get along. Always putting others before him self.
I knew Brandon personally. And I miss him so much. He made me really happy. Mindy&Rick thank you so much for having such a amazing son. He really touched the hearts of many! Including mine. And he will never be forgotten. I really did care about him. And I would do anything to just turn back time and just tell him how much he ment to me.
I am wanting to get a matching tattoo of his.(Just For Today) And then he will always be with me!

I want to pass on my condolences to the family, I never knew Brandon but it makes me very sad everytime I see a fine young man like Brandon pass away. I can assure you Brandon is looking down on all of you right now and saying he loves you all. His memories will never be forgotten.
I am going through a similar experience with my best best friend who passed away on the 13th.

Very sorry to hear of Brandon's passing.. He was a great kid... He never let anything stop him from what he wanted to do..He and Cody would always come over to the Apt's in Pleasantville hang out with all the other kid's, he will surely be missed..My prayer's are with the family.. Brandon was such a strong, caring and amazing person! He will always be remembered. He has inspired many as he fought every obstacle put in front of him. It was an honor to help care for him over the years. I am thinking and praying for all of you!

You would bring in pictures of Brandon and told me how proud you were of him. I think our lives, children are a special gift that we get to hold and cherish. Therefore I have no words or thoughts that can make sense of the pain you are now experiencing from such loss. However, I do believe, as with my Mom, that Brandon will always be joined with you in heart and spirit. So I hope you can take comfort in knowing this gift can never be taken away.

We were lucky enough to not only know brandon , but live with him. Every day he made us smile. He was truely an amaizing kid and There is nobody else like him! I didn't know you very long, but when I did I could say you were fun, and a great person to be around. You were great person to work with at the Gates. I was so sorry to hear about the death of Brandon. It was my pleasure to once have been Brandon;s teacher, and even Cody's. Brandon was always such a delight to have in class and always had a smile on his face.
