Keith Woolf

Keith Woolf 1946- 2025 Keith Alan Woolf passed away February 22, 2025, in Laramie, peacefully after a long and courageous battle with Leukemia.

Born in Laramie on November 2, 1946, to Carl and Harriet (Griest) Woolf. He graduated from Laramie High School in 1965, attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a degree in Speech Pathology.

Keith began his career as a speech pathologist in the schools of Western Nebraska where he met his wife, Jane. He returned to Laramie in 1975 continuing as a speech pathologist at Laramie Junior High and High School, retiring in 2009. In addition to his career, he proudly assisted and eventually acquired the family business of Laramie Floral and Woolf's Greenhouse and started his own hobby shop, Train Service Junction. He looked forward to sharing stories of his experiences and knowledge with the community.

Keith had many hobbies and shared interests he enjoyed with his family and friends, including Classic Cars, Trains, and road trips. A lifelong Wyoming Cowboy Football fan and season ticket holder he was proud to have only missed a few home games.

Keith is survived by Jane his wife of 51 years, children Todd Woolf (Abby) and Kelli Beach (Justin) and his two grandchildren Hunter and Hadlea Beach as well as many cousins and close friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Carl and Harriet and an infant sister Cheryl.

A celebration of life is planned for 2-6 PM, Friday, Aug 29th at the Alice Hardie Stevens Center. In lieu of flowers please consider donating blood or plasma in appreciation for the many donations that helped Keith during his treatment or donate to a charity of your choice.

Keith's family would like to extend appreciation to the wonderful and caring staff at Ivinson Hospital & Cancer Center for the exceptional care and compassion that was given to Keith these past four years.
