Kim Julius Krueger

Kim Julius Krueger 1936- Kim J. Krueger, a devoted family man, lifelong rancher, Navy veteran, and public servant, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2024, at the age of 88. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Laramie, Wyoming, Kim served in the U.S. Navy. After his service, he earned a degree in Animal Husbandry from the University of Wyoming. Kim and his wife Laural Sutherland, whom he married in 1960, ran a successful cattle ranch and later expanded into the feedlot industry in Wheatland, Wyoming. He also served in the Wyoming Legislature for 14 years, advocating for the livestock industry. After retiring to Green Valley, Arizona, in 1993, Kim remained active in his community, contributing to various organizations. Kim was predeceased by his sister Kise (2017) and daughter Kelly (2021) and is survived by his wife Laural, son Kortney, daughter-in-law Damhnait, and grandchildren Keeva and Max. His legacy of service, family devotion, and community impact will be deeply missed.
