Andrew Aucion Obituary
(John Thomas Aucion) A member of the Hospitaller Order of St. John of God for 68 years died Tuesday, January 02, 2007 at St. John of God Retirement and Care Center. Brother Andrew was born on March 28, 1914 to Henry and Olive Aucoin in Tompkins, Newfoundland where he was raised with his brothers: Lawrence, William, Hector, Philip, Charlie, Bertrand and his sisters: Mary, Annie, Tillie, and Elizabeth. His only surviving sibling is Elizabeth, who is ninety-nine years of age.
Vigil Service 2:00pm Friday, January 5 and Funeral Mass 11:00am Saturday, January 6, 2007 both at St. John of God Retirement and Care Center,2468 S. St. Andrews Pl, LA,CA 90018; Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to Hospitaller Brothers at above address.
