Ann Gross Obituary

Ann Gross, affectionately known as GG, Gramma, Motherdear, and Darling Auntie Annie, passed away peacefully at Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Panorama City on July 18. She was 94 years old. Ann graduated from Roosevelt High School in Boyle Heights. She worked at LouverDrape as an executive secretary in Santa Monica and Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City as "Operator Ann". She is survived by her daughter Francine Nelson (Russell); her son Matthew Gross (Kelli); four grandsons, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

I worked with Ann at LouverDrape many years ago. She was a wonderful person, so warm and so competent. I loved that she would always remind me to take my sweater if I went outside the building on a cold day. Glad to see that she lived a long life. Hope it was happy and healthy. My sympathies for your loss.
