David LaBonge Obituary
Born in Los Angeles to Linda Schlesinger & Brian LaBonge. His early life was spent in Los Angeles, but an opportunity in real estate took him to Fort Myers. It was there he met his wife, Betty, and together welcomed a son, Elliott. He embraced fatherhood and was devoted to his son.
David had a long career as a real estate broker & property manager. He enjoyed talking with people & treated everybody with kindness and respect.
His love of cars started as a young boy with a go-cart & morphed into all things Mercedez. That passion was passed down to his son. In September 2023 David proudly attended Elliott's graduation as a Mercedez technician.
He was a caring, optimistic, kind soul & to meet him was to like him. If you needed something, he was the first to offer assistance.
Predeceased by his father, Brian LaBonge. He is survived by his wife Betty & son Elliott; parents Linda & Peter Schlesinger; sisters Deborah LaBonge & Deanna Rallo; and nephew Cameron LaBonge
