Frank Posch Obituary
Frank served in the U.S. Navy for 24 years as a carrier pilot and experimental test pilot, retiring in 1965 as a Commander. Subsequently, he was an aeronautical engineer with McDonnell Douglas in Long Beach for 20 years. Frank, together with his wife Nancy, was an avid supporter of the performing arts in Orange County and actively participated in or supported a number of local organizations dedicated to the arts. Frank also served as a Director of the Newport Beach Public Library Foundation. A memorial service will be on Monday, May 20th, at 11:00 AM at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Philharmonic Society of Orange County, 2082 Business Center Drive, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92715 or the Newport Beach Public Library Foundation, 1000 Avocado Ave., Newport Beach, CA 92660. Arrangements by Pacific View Mortuary (949)644-2700.
