Dr. George S. KUNTZ M.D.

George KUNTZ Obituary

KUNTZ, M.D., Dr. George S. Died November 4, 2011, age 97. Born in Poland, he immigrated to the US in 1920, and grew up in Sioux City. M.D. University of Iowa 1936; he was a physician and a founding member of Centinela Hospital in Inglewood. He was the loving husband of Ruby (Caplan) Kuntz, father of Emilie Wynne, Jonathan Kuntz, Rachel Vaughen and David Kuntz, grandfather of Howard Wynne, Juliet Davenport, Rebecca Kuntz and Joshua Kuntz, great-grandfather of Andrew and Alexis Wynne and Gabriel Davenport, and is survived by his brother, Dr. David H. Kuntz. Services are to be held at Hillside Memorial Park Sunday, November 6th, at 2:00pm.

I will always love my daddy. And, my heart breaks I will miss him so. He had a tremendous long life filled with love and joy from family, friends, and many, many people who looked to him for wisdom, affection, and advice.

He will live on in my heart forever and ever.
