I lived on Atoll Ave. a couple homes down from the Lugo Family, fondly remember George and his folks, Charlotte and Ruben, my parents and George's were friends. I remember mostly how he was very gregarious and always had time for me as a little neighbor kid. I also live in Irvine and am sorry to hear about George's passing and wish we could have reconnected years ago. My best to Fran, his sons and their families.
