Helgard Field Lion

The American Friends of the Israel Philharmonic Board of Directors and Staff mourn the passing of our esteemed former Board Member, Helgard Field-Lion. Helgard was a devoted supporter of AFIPO and a respected leader within our organization. She served as Co-President alongside her husband, Irwin Field, and was a longtime champion of our mission. Her generosity, vision, and unwavering commitment helped advance the international impact of the Israel Philharmonic and will resonate for generations to come. We extend our heartfelt sympathy to her husband, Irwin, and to her entire family. Helgard will always be remembered as a dear friend, an inspiring leader, and a true patron of the arts.
