Funeral Mass 12 Noon, Saturday February 17, 2007 at Our Lady's Chapel, St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 10800 Moorpark St., North Hollywood.

Truly enjoyed Little House growing up watching the show. I had no idea you and passed and sending my deepest condolences to your family. Your character Elmer had the kindest disposition-you made your character special. You will always be remembered as someone who had mastered the craft of acting. RIP and thanks for the memories!

I'm watching 'For the Love of Nancy' on Little House on the Prairie as I write this. As I was watching it, I decided to Google you to see how you were doing and if you were still acting. I was so saddened to find that you passed years ago. It saddened me even more to find that you passed so young. My heart hurts right now. You were so cute and so sweet on this show, and it hurt me the way the children treated you. RIP Brennan.

I just now watched him on re-runs, as I so often do. I frequently look up the shows actors, to see how they´re getting on. I was so saddened to hear of his passing, especially at such a young age. Although this is late, he and his family are in my prayes. His acting and happy disposition on Little Hose helped many youngsters with the same situation I'm sure as it did me at that time. He will not be forgotten.

As a longtime fan of little house, this was one episode that always stood out, I loved the character that this young actor really did such a great job in his role, able to reach out to the audience with his charismatic charm really knew how to reach his creative potential by playing a role that needed to be understood to make the character realistic, this young man was so great in his role, winning the attention, hearts who understood his desire to achieve his challenges. I am watching reruns of Little House and his episode is on. I thought he was a very handsome young man, so looked up his name-to find out he died so young.
Watching him-what a beautiful smile & had a loving heart.

I just looked up J Brennan Smith, because I saw the episode where he played Elmer, and I thought that he had such a wonderful smile. I was shocked to find out that he passed away sometime ago at such a young age. I appreciate his acting skills and what he brought to the show. Even though it´s late I´m sorry for your loss.

I just saw Little House on the Prairie episode, when he first appear on his first day of school, what a sweet little boy. I remember seeing a little house. It´s a little girl myself back in the day as a child. I´m 60 now and I´ve never stop watching this. I was so sad to hear that he passed away at such a young age. May he rest in peace. God bless his family and continue to watch over his family. He was an amazing young man and great actor.

I saw him in an episode on Little House on the Prairie about 2 months ago for the first time. It was in September 2019,I was so impressed with his acting I had to look him up. So sorry to hear he passed away. He was a very good actor!
