Jack Golden Obituary

Golden, Jack
1921 - 2010
Jack passed away peacefully after a long illness October 30, 2 days after celebrating his 67th anniversary with his loving wife, Lane.
Raised in Boston, he earned a bachelors in aeronautical engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA at UCLA, and built his career in the aircraft industry, utilizing his versatility and problem-solving skills as an independent consultant.
Devoted to his hobbies including tennis, duplicate bridge, fishing, and rehabilitating car and boat engines, he helped organize the Beverly Hills Bridge Club and served on the Beverly Hills planning advisory committee. He shared and took pride in his childrens commitment to social and environmental justice. We, his family - Lane, Michael, Jeff, Jesse, K.C. and seven grandchildren - honor his memory, his easy warm humor, and his passionate civic commitment.
The family plans to convene with friends in December.
