Jason HARPER Obituary
Jason was taken from us August 7, 2012 leaving behind his three children; Jake, 8; Jackie, 6 and Josh 19 months; his parents, Homer and Lina Harper; brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Nicole and niece, Madelynn. Jason had integrity, was honest and taught his children what is right. He had high expectations for himself as a teacher and a volleyball coach. He was completely involved in the daily care of his children. A celebration of life will be held at The Daybreak Church at 6515 Ambrosia Lane, Carlsbad, CA 92011 on Friday August 24, 2012 at 11:00 AM. Hawaiian shirts and flip flops are encouraged. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the "Harper Education Benefit Fund" at any Wells Fargo Bank.

My husband and I were very saddened to hear the news of Jason's passing. We used to live around the corner from Jason and his family. It was evident from seeing Jason with his kids on a regular basis that he was a proud and devoted father. I'm sure many of Jason's wonderful qualities will live on in his children. I hope that all those who knew and loved Jason can take comfort in watching his children grow from the values and love that he instilled in them. Rest in Peace, Jason, and may God bless and watch over your little ones. My prayers are with you all.
