We dated for about 6 months back in 1998. I helped him move from his apartment on Garnet St. in San Diego to my house in Los Angeles. I am saddened to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace.

John was a wonderful person, spirit and possessed so many talents. I remember his amazing cooking abilities, which is why he was such a successful chef, caterer, and he even worked on deep sea tuna boats as a chef for the crew! John was a fantastic actor as well, getting several credits, often cast as a policeman and marine.
John loved animals and was an exceptionally compassionate person.
He is deeply missed and will always be remembered.
