John Lindahl Obituary

April 3, 1943 - August 22, 2024 Jack passed peacefully at home after bravely battling multiple challenges. What a loss to all who knew him. His long list of experiences and accomplishments, his intelligence, kept us captivated. From jumping trains as a teenager to jumping from airplanes as a Green Beret medic; climbing mountains and exploring reefs in the ocean; helping start a free clinic to helping further projects at Douglas. In his retirement he became a prominent bird watcher and photographer. Bonsai, woodworking, quantum physics, gourmet cooking-his curiosity and never ending pursuit of knowledge was amazing. We will miss you around the campfire and all the places we were lucky enough to share with you Jack-soar with eagles.
