John YEH Obituary
YEH, John 48, born August 22, 1964 in Los Angeles, passed away on June 25, 2013 after an accident while on a Boy Scout camping trip in Minnesota. John is survived by his wife Ann Marie, his two sons Colum and Liam, his parents Cavour and Evelyn, and his sister Vivian. He was a loving a dedicated family man and generous friend to many and we were all blessed to know him. John attended UCLA and graduated from USC with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. He was the principal of a real estate management and development firm in Santa Monica, CA.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 5, 10:00 am at Calvary Church of Pacific Palisades, 701 Palisades Drive. Come in your best Hawaiiana.

Dear Yeh family:
My family and I are deeply saddened by the loss of John. My sons and I knew him in the context of Scouting going back to Cub Scout days, and he was respected and genuinely liked by all the Scouts and leaders who came in contact with him.
I was with Joshua in a different crew in the Boundary Waters. I can tell you that the ceremony held in John's honor and memory in Ely, Minnesota by the Scouts was truly touching as one Scout after another remembered another favorite story regarding John. Scouts led a singing of his "shark" song in his honor.
