Kathleen Gayl Obituary

GAYL, Kathleen Jaros June 11, 1952-November 3, 2009 Casey passed on peacefully with courage, grace, dignity, love and a firm foundation of her Christian faith, surrounded by her loving family. She fought a courageous battle against pancreatic cancer. Casey is now in the loving arms of our Lord.
Casey is survived by her husband of 33 years Bob, her son Andrew and daughter-in-law Rachelle, her daughter Melissa, her sisters Candy and Missy and her brother Steve. Casey has left behind a multitude of loving friends with whom she shared all her wonderful gifts. A memorial service is planned for Sunday, November 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the San Marino Community Church, 1750 Virginia Road, San Marino, 91108. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the San Marino Community Church, City of Hope, or CaringBridge.org. Cabot & Sons, Pasadena

The absence of a truly kind and loving individual empties those who held her dear. I pray for Bob and their children to find God's love and kindness in her passing. I still miss that great smile. All my love to the family.

AHS 40th reunion is coming up and one of the people I've thought about most was Casey. We lost touch a few years back, but I've never forgotten her and can still envision her beautiful smile and laugh. I am so saddened to learn of her passing and send deep condolences to all her family. Casey, I have never forgotten you and never will. Keep that smile up in heaven.

Thanks to Casey, this was and is a wonderful, loving family. I am grateful to have known her and deeply mourn her loss. I hope it will come as some solice that this lovely lady earned her heavenly reward, and is now in God's arms.
