My beloved friend, Keith: Among many things, you taught me how to be a compassionate mother, and to tell the truth to my daughter when pain racks my body. I get it, Keith. By setting an example, you showed me how to reassure my daughter that my irritability is not her fault, but is a result of the discomfort I feel in my own body. You're the reason Frances knows it isn't her fault that "Mommy hurts." I will miss you and love you forever. You were a true confidante. I wish I could be back in L.A. to celebrate your all-too-short but amazing life. You will live forever in the hearts of those who cherished you so very much.

I am heartbroken at the loss of my dear friend Keith. She was an inspiration, a funny and sometimes challenging incredible stong-willed woman, but always adorable and much loved. I feel truly blessed to have known her and am a better person for it. May she finally rest as she was done. My sympathies to Piper and everyone who knew and loved her. Susan Campbell
