Marcella Meharg Obituary
Marcella Meharg, Los Angeles native, much beloved mother and friend to many, passed away peacefully at her home in Hollywoodland. Predeceased by parents Johnny Blandino and Jeanne C. Fox, husbands Forrest Westbrook and Brian Meharg, she is survived by daughters Leslie Andrea Westbrook (Carpinteria/Santa Ynez Valley) and Yvonne Leigh Westbrook. A life celebration is planned for a later date. Donations in Marcella's memory can be made to Pasadena Playhouse, Parity Productions or Doctors Without Borders. Marcella was an incredible person who left an indelible mark on this world. Her immersion in, and celebration of, the arts was unparalleled and her encouragement of fellow artists set a standard that should be forever upheld. The world is truly a better place because she was here. Marcella, if you´re reading this, I hope you´re one of the five people I meet in heaven. I could sure use your notes!
