Just saw this today and my heart felt heavy.I remember him and his brother surfing from the Valley to the coast.The Minasian family were all great people.Always had a smile on his face.Don't see many people like that anymore..Miss you my friend. God Bless you all.

Matt was one cool dude and loved every minute skating or surfing with him i last saw Matt at Gladstones in the 1990's and wish We would of kept in touch so I could have attended his services. My condolences to his Mom and brother Paulz

Hi Baby! I'm just thinking about you as I am walking along the beach down here in the marina. I miss you so much, especially on days like today when I'm here in the marina. Hi Baby, its just me~ well, its the end of summer & I still just cant believe you weren't here with me to enjoy it. Every time I go to the beach, hang out in the marina or am just driving through town, I wish so bad you were still at home waiting for me to come over, or I wish we were riding the bikes somewhere for a drink, etc. I miss you so much & I just want you to know that not a day goes by that youre not in my thoughts & that I love you❤

I cant believe it's been 3 years since I lost you... I went to the beach today so I could write our DLMLD in the sand! I miss you so much & I think about you everyday~ some days I just want to pick up the phone and call you just to hear your voice or because I just have moments that I can't believe you're really not here and I can't see you or go do things with you~ I try to find comfort in thinking you're happy, you get to be with your Dad again & just maybe, you're seeing my Dad too! What else can I say except I love you and I miss you❤

I think of you everyday & wish you were still here sharing new memories, seeing more places, and just spending some more time with me. Since this isnt possible, at least in a physical sense, I enjoy our memories of the past, seeing our friends and going to places we had gone to together & I just feel you with me at those times. I even can imagine the things you would be saying, or the inside jokes we have which brought out your amazing smile~ well tonight was one of those moments as I went to the Agua Caliente Casino !! I know, blackjack, not slots!! Lol

Matt possessed a spirit that was able to pierce the indifference of this world and, just by his smile, welcome you like a beacon illuminating passage to safe harbor. Although I only interacted with Matt for a few years in the 90's, he left an indelible mark on my soul and for that, I will always be grateful to have had the pleasure of his company and the honor to call him my friend.

Matt was one of the sweetest people I have ever have known. He was a great friend of mine for a long time. We have shared many memories that I will keep in my heart. I was lucky enough to live close to him so we would go to the beach, fish and have him over for dinner. He was such a great guy. He was so funny and so kind. I will miss him so much. My deepest condolences to the family.

I am truly sorry to hear of the news about Matt (my Armenian brother!). I met Matt back in the 90's while working @ Gladstones. We shared many fun times and I would often see him around town. The last time I saw Matt was in Culver City about 4 years ago while planning my engagement party @ Rush Street. He made sure that things were exactly as we wanted them. That warm, relaxed, and friendly smile (and laugh - as he talked) will be missed! My prayers are with the family and all of the friends that Matt met along the way. A new journey starts for Matt now. Rest in peace brother.

To the Minasian Family --
Matty was one of the most mellow and sweetest guys that I knew. I was always happy to see his handsome, smiling face at all of our fun parties and gatherings outside of work at Gladstone's. He had a quiet way about him, but was a warm light in the room, nonetheless. The energy felt good when he was there. If we got to see Paul, that was a nice bonus.
I am wishing you strength now and in the future. May you find joy in happy memories.

My prayers and condolences go out to Matt's family and many friends. Matt was a great friend to me and we shared plenty of fun times together. I was shocked at hearing of his passing and will cherish the wonderful memories that I have. Matt's personality would light up a room and for that he will be sorely missed. RIP my friend.

To be honest I'm shocked and can't believe Matty is gone too young too soon! He was always at all the restaurants, Renee's and other places where I worked , having diner and just being a great guy, that's who he was! Always a positive upbeat friend with a great demeanor and touch of class! I will miss him in knowing he wont be there to cheer us on and really he was a true person and friend in life! I will cherish that and remember forever, his friendship to me and all of us as his friends he touched with his life here on this earth forever!
