Paul was the kindest and most humble man I have ever met. He was a genius and a giant among immunologists. The transplant community will never be the same. His light illuminated armies of fledging scientists who endeavored to follow in his steps. It will never happen! There was only one Paul Terasaki and he can never be duplicated or replaced. Rest in Peace my esteemed friend. You will never be forgotten!
