What a terrific lady Penny was. She was a member of Marilyn Remembered for many years and brought such joy to us. She will be missed terribly.

She was the "cool" mom. She was so kind to me and never judgmental, like when I would ditch Sunday mass and hang out at Colleen's house for an hour. She also opened my mind to new ideas. I have nothing but fond memories of her.

I had the pleasure of being Penny McGuiggan's friend and neighbor. We went out many times and I always enjoyed the times we were together. She brought me great joy and made me laugh!!! I will forever have her in my heart. I'll miss you Penny!! Carmen
