My thoughts are with you and your family. I have known Phil for a long time, and always a phone call away. Phil did an excellent job for me at the Archdiocese of Boston, and was always willing to assist His Church. May he rest in piece, and Phil will always be in my prayers. Phil buddy I will miss you forever, your phone call wishing me a happy Marine Corps birthday, and your humor. I will see you some day.

It is with heavy hearts we come together to celebrate the life of Philip Milan. To me Phil was a friend/roommate/coworker/boss/teacher and mentor. He introduced me to music, cooking, boating and sailing ( which led to learning how to call in a 'may day' to the coast guard ! But most of all he taught me to never sell myself short. Phil put me on a career path that I will be forever grateful. Philips most familiar greeting was ' Hello my friend '. Well, Goodbye 'OUR ' friend.
