He started out with nothing, and built Century 21 Diamond and Penco Financial into the most successful Real Estate and Loan company in the San Gabriel Valley. Both companies were founded with two primary goals-to offer the best customer service in the business, and to attract the best sales associates who share that vision of quality services. Today, Ray's vision is as clear as the day it opened. They continue to share Ray's commitment to quality service and the dream company Ray started. In addition to his phenomenal company, Ray also had tremendous success in real estate on a personal level. He was R.E.O. specialist. At the height of the market, he had over 120 active listings.
