Robert Einstein Obituary

EINSTEIN, MD , Robert Anton Joseph
(94) Survived by wife, of 65 years, Betty, daughter Susan, son Daniel (Marsha), sister Lisa Samuel, brother George and grandson Benjamin.
A native of Germany, he studied at the medical school in Frankfurt before coming to the United States in 1933. He continued his medical education at Tulane and the University of Colorado, where he received his medical degree. After a residency in radiology at the University of Iowa, he and Betty Lou moved to Los Angeles in 1945, where he began to practice radiology. His distinguished medical career included affiliations with Cedars-Sinai and Midway Hospitals. He was actively involved in many charitable organizations where his sense of humor and giving spirit were greatly appreciated.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
Graveside service will be held 11 am Sunday, June 03, 2007 at Hillside Mortuary, (800) 576-1994.

I have such warm memories of Dr. Einstein. He was a kind, gentle soul and a good friend to our family.
