My wife and I and our chidren are so very fortunate for having shared in the life of Robert M. Grum. We are fortunate to be within the group of those who were privileged to call Bob Dad, Grandpa, or Uncle as well as friend. I was most privilged to also call him Partner.
We have lost a special and unique gift from God. I have never known a man of greater character and integrity. I believe Uncle Bob's character was forged out of his strong belief in a personal God who created us and all that is around us, and who loves and cares for each of us.
I have no doubt that when his spirit departed his earthly shell he was met with open arms by his Lord who must have said "Well done my son!" And behind our Lord was a line waiting to greet him, at the head of which was his dear wife Dorothy, followed close behind by my dad whom Bob affectionately referred to as "brother Nate" and mom and all of the rest of the family and friends who have proceeded him.
RMG- you are missed, but per your instructions we will rejoyce.

My dad always spoke so fondly of Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Bob. I am so saddened to hear of his passing; but I see them all together smiling and watching our little ones grow.
