I first met Rochelle when Barry hired me as the Western Canada representative for his fairly new company over 20 years ago. Rochelle looked after making sure that invoices were paid on time and Barry was not shy about telling customers not to get him in trouble with his wife because he had to sleep with her every night. Rochelle was never the front person. She preferred to stay in the background and let Barry run the show, even although she really was the President. Rochelle loved her books and was usually seen pouring over them somewhere in the back of the showroom. But the love for her between Barry, Darryl and Jeff was always notably visible. I was only once in their home in Los Angeles during a sales weekend, but I will always remember the warmth that was exuded by our beautiful and gracious hostess Rochelle as she welcomed us that evening. God be with you and give strength to Barry, Jeff and Daryll during their time of grief. You shall be greatly missed.

Rochelle, a beautiful person and friend. I especially enjoyed spending time with Rochelle when I visited our children in Los Angeles. She was a warm and gracious "lady". Jerry and I feel blessed to have known her and will remember her in our hearts.

I always enjoyed being with Rochelle. While we were not related, we had mutual relatives. This was our common bond. Deepest sympathy from Vancouver.

Rochelle was the definition of grace and inner beauty, and her personal style touched all of us who worked with her at Lazar. I remember many dinners on set-up night in San Francisco- she did love those homemade chips! And her willingness to include me with your family, even opening your apartment in Greensboro to me, will always be appreciated. Barry and Darryl, my thoughts and prayers are with you on this difficult day.

I met Rochelle 18 yrs ago when I first came to work at the NC Factory. My first impression of Rochelle was that she was a wonderful and classy lady who would go out of her way to make you feel that you were a long time friend. I have a special place in my heart for Rochelle that I will cherish deeply. I will always remember the grace and kindness she would always give to her NC Lazar family. My thoughts and prayers are with Barry and the family, Rochelle will be truly missed.

My name is Denise Scott, I worked at Lazar East in customer service for years, I left the company in 1997. Barry & Rochelle would come to Siler City to visit the plant and I had the pleasure of having lunch with Rochelle when she was in town on a Thursday. Debbie Ingle, myself, and Rochelle loved chicken livers and Brownie Lous restaurant in Siler City had them for a special every Thursday and Rochelle loved them. Every time she was in Siler City on a Thursday for lunch you would find the 3 of us at Brownie Lous having chicken livers. I will treasure those memories, Rochelle was a wonderful person.
Barry, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family. She will truely be missed.
Take Care.
