Scottie´s Sister
March 8, 2024
To my Baby Brother-as Uncle Lenny said "I´ve burnt my candle at both ends, it will not last the night, but oh my foes and oh my friends, it sheds a lovely light"!
As I laid below the permanent candle our uncles had burning in your honor every night, I realized how profound that saying was.
I wrote a novel in Palm Springs for you on our 1st family trip without you, just never posted it.
19 years later here´s my shortened version-
You are all loved, missed, and your shinning light is what helps us move forward, now and forever.
I´ll be old, wrinkled and grey by the time you, my Baby Brother, "Peter Pan" greets me at heavens gate.
Til then-
Aloha Scottala!!

Hendie,Tammy,Lenny, and Jack:
I am so sorry to hear about Scottie. It has been too long since last we spoke, but I still carry you all in my hearts. For such a long time you were all the family I had. My heart and prayers are with you all. Scottie was so full of life, it's hard to imagine him being gone. I love you all and give you my deepest sympathy.

i, like everyone, am devastated to hear of scottie's death. he was the most vibrant, wonderful person who cared about everyone. my fondest memory with him was on a budweiser shoot in homestead, fl. he confessed he never went on a shoot without bringing an entire suitcase full of his own linen's. i thought it was so funny but, to this day, i never go to a hotel room and look at it the same.
i will remember you, scottie, for the rest of my life.
i love and miss you!
