Shawn Lim Obituary
Born April 12, 1972 in Seoul, Korea, Shawn died on June 15, 2007. Shawn, a recent naturalized U.S. citizen, was a graduate of the University of Korea in Seoul, Korea and received his Masters Degrees from Loyola Marymount College and the Claremont Graduate School. Prior to becoming an employee of the United States Postal Service, Shawn was employed by the Los Angeles Public Library.
In 2000, he married Hope Rose Tanner and remains the love of her life. Shawn is survived by his wife Hope, his daughter Lavender, age four years, his son Sebastian, age two years, and his mother, Jae Ha Jung and father, Eul Chol Im, two older brothers in Korea and is preceded in death by his beloved sister.
A memorial service in celebration of Shawn's life will be held on Wednesday, June 27, at 2:00 p.m. at San Marino Community Church, 1750 Virginia Road, San Marino, CA 91108.
