I grew up two doors from Sandy. I recall his talking all the time about a certain dentist named Dr. Tepper. So I wasn't surprise to hear that he had gone into that field. I was known then as Bobby Hartstein. now Reuben Hart.

Shocked and deeply saddened to learn that Sandy has passed away. While he turned me over to a very young Dr Benner many years ago, I enjoyed the brief banter sessions we would have whenever I saw him at the office. I’ll miss him as I’m sure will everyone who had the fortune to know him.
