Steve Beattie Obituary
He was born in Bothell, WA to Tom and Joan Beattie who preceded him in death. After graduating from Blanchet High School, he spread his wings and moved to California and got a job painting. Eventually he started Steve Beattie Painting that he ran for over 30 years. With his strong work ethic, vision, and creativity, he built his dream into a renowned company where he took good care of his many employees.
Meeting Patty McGuire was the beginning of a love story that ended too early with Patty's death in 2017. She was the love of his life, and they were married in 1993. They shared a passion for design and color and collaborated on many of his projects throughout the years. Their son Tommy was their pride and joy, and he and Steve shared an avid love of sports. Tommy loved having his Dad as his coach and appreciated his support.
Steve leaves behind his son Tommy, sisters Colleen (Buzz), Monica (Steve), Emilie (Clark), brothers Joe (Terry), Ed (Mary) nieces, nephews, family, and friends too numerous to count. We love you forever. A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held at a later date.

My dad was a long time worker for Steve, always talked about him and even helped him with Tommy and took him to work with him also from time to time. We appreciated his generosity with our family throughout the years, ny dad misses him greatly and my family sends all condolences to Tommy during this time

Went to St. Brendan's with Steve and it sounds like he stayed the same genuine good soul human that he was then. Sorry for your loss as a family and condolences.
