Wayne Byerley Obituary
His distinguished career in law enforcement spanned over 37 years. He was with the Orange County Sheriff's Department for 32 years, where he worked various assignments and met his wife, Danielle. He spent three years with Los Alamitos Police Department as a Captain and became the Chief of Police for Signal Hill in 2023.
Chief Byerley is survived by his loving Wife, Danielle Byerley, his Son, Zachary Byerley, his Sister, Patti Miles (Terry) and his Brother, Gary Byerley.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 10:00am at Cottonwood Church, 4505 Katella Ave., Los Alamitos, CA with a Graveside Service following at Forest Lawn Cypress.
