ALBERT "LEE" JORDAN
Albert "Lee" Jordan, age 86, of Crane, Missouri, passed away at 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2012, at the Missouri Veteran's Home in Mt. Vernon, Missouri. He was born May 8, 1925, in San Bernardino, California, the son of Lee Harrison and Edna (Wagner) Jordan. On December 6, 1975, he married Phyllis Ryan in Las, Vegas Nevada. Lee was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving in WWII and worked as a police officer in San Bernardino, California for 30 years. He was a member of the Retired Police Association, Masons Canopy #284, Disabled American Veterans, Naval Minewarfare Association, and the United Methodist Church of Aurora, Missouri.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Phyllis; four children, Bret Rudnick and his wife, Brittany, of Anaheim, California, Ricki Donoho of Florida; Rochelle Groveau and her husband, John, of Ogden, Utah, and Robert Jordan of Banning, California, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
His parents and one son, Rocke Jordan, preceded him in death.
A graveside service, with full military honors, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 11, 2012, at the Maple Park Cemetery in Aurora, Missouri. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations may be made to Season's Hospice, in care of the funeral home.
